I can't believe the summer is winding down and the kids will be back to school. So, now is the perfect time to scrap those last few pictures of summer fun! Or, in my case, I'll be scrapping several hundred photos! Digital cameras are so nice, but they can be a real curse too!

A Name and a Blessing

Laurie has collaborated with another designer at DSC to create this special and beautiful kit. It is designed with blessings and christenings in mind, but it is versatile enough to scrap lots of pictures with. I am done scrapping my kids' blessing pictures, so I scrapped a photo of my kids and all their cousins. And the kit worked beautifully! Here's what I did.

Magic Moments

My family just returned from a 3-day camping trip today, and while it was so much fun, I am SOOOO glad to be home and clean!! And I can't wait to sleep in my own bed! I took so many pictures - I don't know how I'll ever get them all scrapped!

New Template Set by Laurie's Scraps

Laurie's Scraps has another great template set for you today, and this one is all about circles. I love circles! But they intimidate me when it comes to scrapping. I can't seem to get my circle pages to look good on my own. That's when you know it's time for a template! This set has an added perk, with text paths surrounding the pictures! I think text paths are a lot of fun, but I scrap with PSE 6, which doesn't allow the making of text paths (but I can use them if someone else makes them).

Happy April Fool's Day!! What a crazy week this has been! Our weather is so wacky - it's been nice and springy with temps in the 60's, and it turned cold and snowy, with at least 6 inches of snow! Bleh!! I love spring, but the weather roller coaster is enough to leave me dizzy! At least I've been able to get some scrapping done! I've had a great time playing with Laurie's newest kit, Reach for the Stars. I love the color scheme and all the fun outerspace elements in this kit! Here's a page I did.
